Cancellation Policy

Please keep cancelations to an absolute minimum. Your time is reserved for you and consistency is key for steady improvement so choose your time wisely. Cancelations must be made prior to 24h in advance or full payment is due. If you are unwell, an exception may be granted and I will be sure to honour our commitments in the same way.
